titleOfInvention A manufacturing method of body cleanser using coffee beans and a body cleanser thereof
abstract PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a body cleanser is provided to provide a body cleanser with an excellent anti skin-aging effect, a moisturizing effect and an atopy-releasing effect. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a coffee body cleanser comprises: a step of diluting EDTA-2Na, butyl hydroxy toluene, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, cocamidopropyl betaine, KOH, a dimethylpolysiloxane mixture, ethylene glycol monostearate, and lauramide DEA; a step of mixing lauric acid, allantoin, myristic acid, camellia oil, aloe, sesame oil, and seaweed extracts into the diluted solution(S200); a step of aging the mixture and mixing the mixture with coffee bean extract in a vacuum with heating(S300); and a step of mixing perfume and herb essential oil and naturally cooling the mixture(S400). [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S100) Dilute various materials such as EDTA-2Na and butyl hydroxyl toluene(B.H.T) into distilled water; (S100') Finely grind and powderize coffee beans; (S200) Stir and mix lauric acid, allantoin, myristic acid, camellia oil, aloe, seaweed extracts, and sesame oil into the diluted solution at the temperature of 70-80°C; (S200') Put an ethanol aqueous solution, in which the ratio of ethanol to the powderized coffee bean and water is 55-70%, into a heating tank; (S300) Mix the mixed material after aging with the coffee bean extract by heating under a vacuum state at the temperature of 50-60°C; (S300') Heat the heating tank at the temperature of 75-85°C for 1 to 2 hours, extract the coffee bean into an extraction tank, and cool; (S400) Mix perfume and herb essential oil with the mixture and naturally cool; (S400') 3 times?; (S500') Filter the extracted coffee bean extract and concentrate
