abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing 5'-xanthyl acid from Corynebacterium ammoniagenes mutant strains, and has a resistance to azaserine and 5'-xanthyl acid fermentation broth. ( Corynebacterium ammoniagenes ) Provide mutant strains. The present invention can provide a strain for producing 5'-xanthyl acid in high concentration and high yield by separating strains resistant to azaserine and 5'-xanthyl acid fermentation broth, and the corynebacterium ammonia of the present invention. Geneyne DA2011 ( Corynebacterium ammoniagenes DA2011) is resistant to azaserine and 5'-xanthyl acid fermentation broth, and has high concentration and high yield of 5'-xanthyl acid production ability. When prepared, it can be produced in high yield and significantly lower the manufacturing cost of 5'-xanthyl acid.
