abstract |
The present invention relates to a novel β-glycosidase protein and its use which can efficiently convert PPD-type ginsenosides into rare active ginsenosides, which are minor ginsenosides in the form of easy absorption into the body. By using the β-glycosidase protein according to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently convert PPD ginsenosides into rare active ginsenosides that are easily absorbed in the body. Therefore, it can be used industrially by mass production of rare active ginsenoside, which produced only a small amount in nature and has limited use. |
