titleOfInvention | Oligonucleotides and kits comprising the same are complementary to the Furizium Gramniarum assay gene used for quantitative reverse transcriptase chain reaction under various conditions |
abstract | The present invention relates to oligonucleotides and kits that are complementary to optimal assay genes for detecting Futurium Graminariaum, and more particularly to normalized Futurium Graminaria assay genes used for qRT-PCT under various conditions. The present invention relates to a complementary oligonucleotide (primer) and a kit for effectively detecting the bacterium comprising the same. Oligonucleotides complementary to the Fuzium Graminariaum assay gene used for quantitative reverse transcriptase chain reaction under various conditions of the present invention include consecutive nucleotides of nucleic acid complementary to any one or more of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 16 It is characterized by having a length of 15 to 30 nucleotides selected from oligonucleotides. In addition, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is characterized in that it provides a kit for detecting Fujrium Grammiarum comprising any one or more of the above oligonucleotides. By using the oligonucleotide for detecting Futurium Graminirum of the present invention, Futurium Graminirum bacteria can be effectively detected under various conditions such as mycelial growth, sexual reproduction, and fungal toxin production (AG), and qRT- PCR can be used to identify suitable assay genes for normalized detection and to assay the bacteria faster and faster using complementary primers. |
