The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell comprising a compound capable of facilitating electron transfer and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, reacts well with hydroxyl groups present on the surface of the inorganic semiconductor layer. The present invention relates to an organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell and a method of manufacturing the same, wherein a compound having a functional group bonded to the compound and which can facilitate the movement of electrons generated in the dye is introduced on the surface of the inorganic semiconductor layer. |
