abstract | PURPOSE: A composite sheet , a flexible substrate including the same, and a display device including the same are provided to maintain mechanical properties, to maintain high surface flatness, and to solve a problem that degrades the surface flatness in a complexation process of a reinforcement material in a matrix. CONSTITUTION: A composite sheet(10) comprises a matrix(1) and a reinforcing material(2). The reinforcing material is included in the matrix. The surface flatness of the composite sheet is in the range of more than 50nm to less than 300nm. The matrix comprises a cross-linked rubber type compound. The rubber type compound comprises silicone rubber, styrene butadiene rubber(SBR), butadiene group rubber, isoprene rubber, chloroprene rubber, neoprene rubber, ethylene-proylene-diene, a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene(SEBS) block copolymer, a styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene(SEPS) block copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, NBR , hydrogenated nitrile rubber, fluorinated rubber, and at least one kind selected from the group which consists of plasticized polyvinylchloride rubber. The composite sheet is made by a method which includes the step of dipping the reinforcing material into the composition for the matrix including a rubber type compound, a cross-linking agent, and an inhibitor; and the step hardening the reinforcing material. The composition for the matrix has the viscosity of 7,000cps to 3,500 at 25°C. |
