abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition having anti-wrinkle action and anti-wrinkle effect containing dihydroergosterol. More specifically, dihydro ergosterol glucose from dihydro ergosterol, dihydro ergosterol glucose, and ergosterol glucose derivatives synthesized with saponin-based compounds was subjected to UV irradiation on human fibroblasts, and then treated with collagenase according to UV irradiation. The effect of reducing the amount of enzyme expression and inhibiting the degradation of collagen was confirmed. As a result, there is an excellent effect that can be used as an active ingredient in cosmetics and functional additives that can help to improve wrinkles. |
