Method of fabricating electrophoretic display device |
abstract |
PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an electrophoretic display device is provided to improve a luminance characteristic by using electrophoretic particles without a separate color filter layer. CONSTITUTION: A partition wall(155) is formed on a first electrode formed on a first substrate(101). A first color ink layer is formed in a first pixel region surrounded by the partition wall. A sacrifice solvent including the first color ink layer is removed by using a thermal process. The powder state of a second and a third color is formed in a second and a third pixel region respectively. First to third color ink layers inject fluid into first to third regions of the powder state. The second substrate is attached to the first substrate. |
