The present invention relates to a polyamide-based nano separation membrane and a method for producing the same. The polyamide-based nanoseparation membrane of the present invention crosslinks and polymerizes an amine-reactive compound of an unreacted anion and an amine compound present on the surface of the polyamide thin film in a composite membrane structure in which a polyamide thin film is formed on a porous support, thereby providing a surface charge of the membrane. Properties are neutralized, pore size is enlarged, and hydrophilicity is improved. Accordingly, the polyamide-based nanoseparation membrane of the present invention can reduce the wastewater treatment cost by selectively removing oligomers or polymers having a molecular weight of 1,000 or more contained in a high concentration in the wastewater discharged in the manufacturing process. In addition, the polyamide-based nanoseparation membrane of the present invention lowers the salt removal rate for other monovalent and divalent ionic components, recovers them as much as possible, and reuses them in the process water, thereby incurring additional costs for recovery of expensive ionic components. Can be reduced. |
