abstract | An X-ray image sensor having a multilayer structure and an X-ray image photographing system using the same are provided. According to an X-ray image sensor, a first X-ray sensor unit including a first X-ray sensing layer and at least one first pixel electrode on one surface of the first X-ray sensing layer is provided. The second X-ray sensor unit is stacked on the first X-ray sensor unit and includes a second X-ray sensing layer and at least one second pixel electrode on one surface of the second X-ray sensing layer. At least one first storage capacitor is electrically connected to the at least one first pixel electrode. At least one second storage capacitor is electrically connected to the at least one second pixel electrode. |
