The present invention, Si 6 - z Al z O z N 8- z : Re y (Wherein, 0.05 <z <0.3, 0.01 <y <0.02, Re is an activator, and at least one element selected from the group consisting of Eu, Ce, Tb, Yb, Sm, and Dy). M x Si 12 -mn Al m + n O n N 16-n : Re y (wherein M is one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Li, Mg, Ca and Y, and Re is the same as Re in the first phase) And a sialon composite phase phosphor powder composed of a second phase represented by 0.3 ≦ m ≦ 1.0, m = 2n, 0.02 ≦ y ≦ 0.15, and m = 2x + 3y). According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a sialon composite phosphor powder having high color rendering and high thermal stability.
