abstract | The present invention relates to a method for conjugating a protein containing L-3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine (L-DOPA) using genetic code engineering, and more particularly. L-DOPA is introduced into the protein using a genetic code engineering method that redistributes L-DOPA and the tyrosine codons of the recombinant protein, and L-DOPA is converted to quinone form by treating NaIO 4 to the L-DOPA introduced protein. The present invention relates to a method for rapidly, simply and efficiently conjugating a compound containing an L-DOPA and a compound containing an amine group, particularly a polysaccharide such as chitosan, by making the amine group easily bind to the amine group. |
