abstract The solvent is prepared by the method for producing a silk fibroin porous body, characterized in that a porous body is obtained by freezing a silk fibroin porous body containing silk fibroin and an amino acid and a fibroin solution in which an amino acid is added to an aqueous solution of fibroin, followed by melting. It does not contain, and provides a highly porous porous body and its manufacturing method.
