The chromium-free insulating coating for non-directional silicon steel comprises, on a weight basis, 100 parts by weight of a metal dihydrogen phosphate, 10 to 60 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, 0.001 to 10 parts by weight of a naphthalenic acid salt or metal isooctanoic acid salt as a drying agent, 0.001 to 100 parts by weight of a solvent, and 60 to 2000 parts by weight of pure water. The metal dihydrogen phosphate is Al (H 2 PO 4 ) 3 , Mg (H 2 PO 4 ) 2 , Ca (H 2 PO 4 ) 2 , or Zn (H 2 PO 4 ) 2 , Or an epoxy resin latex. After being applied to the non-oriented silicon steel, the insulating coating has a high external transparent appearance, good insulation properties, corrosion resistance, adhesion, weldability, manufacturability and environmental friendliness, and is free from sticky flaws and low wear of chromium- Remove resistance. |
