abstract The present invention relates to a chemical quantitative fluorescent marker having a thiol selectivity, a method for preparing the same, and an in vivo thiol imaging method using the same, and more particularly, a chemical quantitative fluorescent marker having a thiol selectivity of the formula (1), a method for preparing the same, and a method of using the same. A method for in vivo thiol imaging: &Lt; Formula 1 > Chemistry quantitative fluorescent markers with thiol selectivity according to the present invention exhibit high selectivity for thiols, show good luminescent properties, and enable direct and real-time imaging of liver thiols, particularly in vivo.
