A method for in vivo thiol imaging: ≪ Formula 1 > Chemistry quantitative fluorescent markers with thiol selectivity according to the present invention exhibit high selectivity for thiols, show good luminescent properties, and enable direct and real-time imaging of liver thiols, particularly in vivo. |
