titleOfInvention | Non-quinone geldanamycin sugar transfer derivative with increased solubility, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, preparation method thereof and pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting heat shock protein (HTS90) ATPase activity |
abstract | The present invention relates to a non-quinone geldanamycin sugar transfer derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting heat shock protein ATPase activity thereof. The non-quinone geldanamycin glycotransfer derivatives according to the present invention are introduced into the non-quinone geldanamycin derivatives of the prior art, so that the solubility is increased, the bioavailability is increased, and the anti-tipiac inhibitory activity is excellent. It can be usefully used as an anticancer, antibiotic, antifungal, antiviral, immunosuppressive, neurodegenerative agent or anti-inflammatory. |
