abstract |
The present invention provides 6-modified bicyclic nucleoside analogs and oligomeric compounds comprising these nucleoside analogs. In a preferred embodiment, the nucleoside analogue has (R) or (S) -chirality at position 6. These bicyclic-nucleoside analogs are useful for enhancing the properties of oligomeric compounds, including nuclease resistance. |
