abstract (Problem) Bone marrow cells cultured with autologous serum to cultivate bone marrow cells collected from the subject without anticoagulant by coagulation inhibition treatment in a liquid-tight state using a medium, and further culture with serum of the subject prepared in a liquid-tight state. The present invention provides a system, a method for culturing bone marrow cells added with autologous serum, and a method for producing a pharmaceutical composition comprising autologous bone marrow cells cultured with autologous serum. (Solution) A self-serum-added bone marrow cell culture system for culturing bone marrow cells collected from a subject without using an anticoagulant with the serum of the subject, wherein the bone marrow cell suspension receiving device, the blood collection device, and the magnetic serum acquisition are obtained. A device and a bone marrow cell culture device are provided. According to the present invention, bone marrow cells can be cultured cleanly, safely, reliably and efficiently at the field of regenerative medicine for the treatment of cerebral neurological diseases such as cerebral infarction, spinal cord injury, and dehydration disease.
