And a production method for producing the isocyanate compound represented by the formula (20) without using a catalyst from the carbamate compound. R represents a monovalent fluorine-containing aliphatic hydrocarbon group, A represents a divalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group, a divalent alicyclic hydrocarbon group, or a divalent aromatic aliphatic hydrocarbon group. |
