titleOfInvention Two-photon lysosomal marker for in vivo imaging, preparation method thereof and in vivo lysosomal imaging method using same
abstract The present invention relates to a two-photon lysosomal marker for in vivo imaging having the following formula (1), a method for preparing the same, and an in vivo lysosomal imaging method using the same: ≪ Formula 1 > In Formula 1, X is —OCH 3 or —N (CH 3 ) 2 . Two-photon lysosomal markers according to the present invention can be easily loaded into cell and tissue flakes to detect lysosomes in living cells and tissues for a long time by two-photon microscopy, and to obtain sufficient water solubility, cell permeability, high two-photon images max values, and high photostability, and can be usefully used to conduct co-batch experiments with two-photon markers on other targets.
