titleOfInvention Sensor cell and biosensor comprising the same
abstract A sensor cell and a biosensor comprising the same are disclosed. The biosensor is electrically connected through a sensing unit arranged in a matrix form of a plurality of sensor cells that output a reaction between a target material and a probe material as an electrical signal, and is electrically connected to the sensing unit through a plurality of row selection lines. A predetermined first voltage signal preset to a reference sensing unit arranged to output a plurality of reference cells in a matrix form, a group of predecessor cells arranged in a row direction of the sensing unit and the reference sensing unit, and a row selection line connected to the reference cell; Providing a predetermined second voltage signal to a row decoder unit for selecting a sensor cell and a reference cell, and a column selection line connected to a group of sensor cells and a reference cell arranged in a column direction of the sensing unit and the reference sensing unit. A thermal decoder which selects a sensor cell and a reference cell, and compares an electrical signal of the selected sensor cell with a reference electrical signal of the selected reference cell and based on the comparison result. It comprises a detection part which detects a kind or number of substances. Therefore, even a small concentration of the target material can be accurately counted, and different probe materials can be fixed to each divided block to simultaneously detect various kinds of target materials to classify the target materials.
