abstract | A mixed aqueous solution is prepared in which personnel such as H 3 PO 4 , divalent Fe compounds such as FeSO 4 ยท 7H 2 O, and oxidizing agents such as H 2 O 2 are mixed at a predetermined ratio. Then, this mixed solution is added dropwise to pH 1.5 ~ 9 buffer solution to produce a powder of precipitated FePO 4. This FePO 4 is synthesized with a lithium compound such as Li (CH 3 COO) to obtain LiFePO 4 . An electrode active material mainly composed of LiFePO 4 is used for the positive electrode material of the secondary battery. Thereby, the manufacturing method of iron phosphate which can obtain high purity iron phosphate with high efficiency, the lithium iron phosphate obtained using this manufacturing method, the electrode active material mainly using this lithium iron phosphate, and the said electrode active material are included in a positive electrode. A secondary battery is realized. |
