abstract |
The present invention is a rubber composition in which a raw material rubber and a filler are chemically blended by directly blending a starch solution obtained by gelatinizing water in a rubber latex (latex). At this time, Resorcinol-formaldehyde is used as a coupling agent (Coupling-agent) between the rubber latex and starch, and a vulcanized rubber compound is prepared using the same. When resorcinol-formaldehyde is used as a coupling agent when blending rubber latex and gelatinized starch solution, the affinity with rubber decreases and the tensile strength is greatly reduced. The loss of starch can be solved, and the physical properties of the vulcanized rubber compound can be changed according to the addition ratio of the amount. |
