titleOfInvention Device for repressing reflective light from surface in flow measurement with particle image velocimetry by fluorescent material particle
abstract PURPOSE: A device capable of reducing a reflective ray of a material surface using a fluorescent material when measuring a flow is provided to block the light reflected from the material surface, thereby improve the accuracy of the velocity field information. CONSTITUTION: A light source(1) emits a single wavelength light illuminating a fluorescent material particle. The fluorescent material particle(2) coats with the fluorescent material on the material surface. The fluorescent material particle absorbs the single wavelength light emitted from the light source and emits a much higher wavelength. A filter(3) transmits only the light with higher wavelength emitted from the fluorescent material particle. [Reference numerals] (3) Blocking light whose wavelength is λ; (6,8) Wavelength : λ; (7) Wavelength : λ + α
