Growth hormone with long term in vivo efficacy |
abstract |
The present invention relates to growth hormone compounds having a delayed profile. The effect is provided by linking albumin binding residues through hydrophilic spacers to growth hormone variants. Methods of making and using these compounds are further described. These growth hormone compounds are based on profiles adapted to be considered specifically useful for treatment. |
