abstract |
Methods for improving the appearance of hyperpigmented spots may include applying the composition to hyperpigmented spots on the skin surface, the composition comprising a safe and effective amount of an immediate preparation for hyperpigmented spots. Wherein the ready-acting agent is a Laminaria saccharina extract-and a safe and effective amount of the sustained-release agent for hyperpigmented spots-wherein the sustained-release agent is vitamin B3, 1,3-dihydroxy-4-alkyl Selected from benzene, and combinations thereof, wherein the composition is applied at least daily for a period of time sufficient to improve the appearance of both hyperpigmented spots of both the immediate and sustained release formulations. The method may include identifying hyperpigmented spots on the facial skin surface. |
