abstract The present invention relates to a marker for predicting the risk of stroke occurrence or a marker for classification of a stroke patient having a wet poisoning based on the neuropeptide Y gene polymorphism and its use. According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively use for the treatment of paralysis by efficiently determining a paralytic patient having a wet-bulb irritation and a paralytic patient having a non-wet-mouth irritation and providing a low-level therapeutic treatment according to the determined irritation. Furthermore, there is an advantage that the stroke can be effectively prevented by easily and efficiently predicting the risk of the occurrence of the paralysis having a wet-mouth syndrome.
