CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(212) is arranged on a package body. A reflecting layer(214) is arranged on the lead frame. A light emitting device(100) is arranged on the lead frame. A molding unit(230) surrounds the light emitting device. An organic layer is positioned on the reflecting layer and is hydrogen-bonded with the molding unit.
