titleOfInvention | Red ginseng containing fermentable lactic acid bacteria coated with micro starch particles |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing red ginseng containing fermented lactic acid bacteria coated with starch of micro particle size. More specifically, in the present invention, lactic acid bacteria coated with starch of micro particle size survive on the starch coating surface without affecting the saponin component of red ginseng, and after being gastrointestinal, it is decomposed with starch and activated in the small intestine, which is beneficial saponin component of red ginseng. Red ginseng was developed to be accurately absorbed into the body. The red ginseng developed in this way contains more saponin components than conventional ginseng and has a higher body absorption rate than general red ginseng, so it has a function of absorbing more saponins into the body than conventional ginseng or fermented red ginseng. |
