titleOfInvention | Recombinant protein comprising two or more bromodomains derived from JRR-1 and uses thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a recombinant protein comprising two or more bromodomains derived from BRG-1, a nucleic acid encoding the same, an expression vector comprising the nucleic acid, radiation for cancer cell radiotherapy comprising the recombinant protein or the expression vector as an active ingredient. It relates to a cancer cell comprising the sensitizer composition and the expression vector. Recombinant protein comprising two or more BRG-1-derived bromodomains of the present invention can increase apoptosis by increasing radiation sensitivity in radiation-resistant cancer cells as well as radiation-sensitive cancer cells during radiation treatment of cancer cells. This could be widely used for more effective chemotherapy. |
