abstract The present invention aims to provide novel useful vitamin D3 derivatives having good vitamin D3 activity and little effect on systemic calcium metabolism. As this invention, the 9,10- secopregnane derivative represented by following General formula (1), and the pharmaceutical composition containing it as an active ingredient are mentioned. Formula 1 Y in formula 1 represents (1) single bond, (2) alkylene, (3) alkenylene or (4) phenylene, R 1 , R 2 are the same or different, (1) hydrogen, (2) Alkyl or (3) cycloalkyl or R 1 , R 2 together with adjacent carbon atoms represent cycloalkyl, R 3 represents hydrogen or methyl, Z is (1) hydrogen, (2) hydroxy or ( 3) -NR 11 R 12 is represented.
