titleOfInvention | Solid oxide fuel cell and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a solid oxide fuel cell and a method of manufacturing the same. The solid oxide fuel cell according to the present invention includes a first electrode and a second electrode formed to face each other, and an electrolyte layer formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode. The thermoelectric material includes a hot electronic material in which the release of hot electrons increases with increasing temperature in a composition range of 1 wt% to 20 wt%, based on the total composition of the first electrode or the second electrode, respectively. This configuration can increase the emission of hot electrons according to the temperature increase when driving the unit cell, thereby the electron movement is easy. |
