abstract | The present invention relates to a powder detergent composition comprising a nonionic surfactant as a main cleaner and a method for producing a powder detergent using the same. The powder detergent composition of the present invention does not leak liquid non-ionic surfactants at room temperature even after long-term storage, and improves the flowability and caking resistance of the powder. The present invention provides a powder detergent composition comprising (a) a dimer acid, a fatty acid comprising two carboxyl groups, (b) an alkali builder, and (c) a nonionic surfactant. The composition of the present invention may include 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of the dimer acid, 5 to 80 parts by weight of the alkali builder, and 1 to 20 parts by weight of the nonionic surfactant based on 100 parts by weight of the composition. The composition of the present invention may further comprise 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of anionic surfactant based on 100 parts by weight of the composition. In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for producing a powder detergent comprising the step of neutralizing the powder detergent composition. |
