titleOfInvention Production methods of fish model infected with saprolegnia parasitica
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing aquatic fungal infection model, and more specifically, to adapt to a temperate environment through the in vitro passage of aquatic fungi surviving in low water temperature and using a surgical knife to a portion of the surface of the goldfish body After removing the scales and epithelial cells by the scratching technique, the aquatic fungus infection model comprising infecting the goldfish with aquatic fungi by introducing aquatic fungi adapted to the temperate environment and goldfish from which the scales and epithelial cells have been removed into the tank. It relates to a manufacturing method. According to the present invention, various antifungal candidates can be applied by developing an artificial infection biological model for the treatment of aquatic fungal diseases of temperate fish. In addition, the cost of field trials can be reduced because the treatment experiments are expensive.
