abstract |
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel is provided to easily manufacture a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel with low crosslinked degree and excellent viscoelasticity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel comprises: a step of stirring and mixing a mixture which comprises hyaluronic acid, a crosslinking agent and water under an acid or alkali condition. The crosslinking agent is selected from divinylsulfone, 1,4-butanediol ยท diglycidylether, ethylene glycol, and diglycidylether. The concentration of the crosslinking agent is 0.02-1 w/v%. The storage elasticity(frequency 1 Hz) of the mixture before the crosslinking reaction is 15,000 Pa or more. |
