abstract |
An immunoassay diagnostic device is provided. The diagnostic apparatus includes a microfluidic chip having nanoparticles for detecting a biological sample, a light source unit providing planar light to the microfluidic chip, and a sensor unit sensing reflected light reflected from the microfluidic chip. The nanoparticles are specifically combined with a biological sample to form a biological sample-nanoparticle binder, and the sensor unit senses the reflected light reflected by the biological sample-nanoparticle binder. |
