Provided are solid preparations that can easily control the dissolution of a drug and a method for improving the dissolution of the drug. A solid preparation comprising a drug-containing portion 2 containing a drug and a gel-forming layer 4 covering the drug-containing portion 2 via an intermediate layer 3 and absorbing water to form a gel ( In 1), the elutability of a drug is improved in the gel formation layer 4 by forming the some pore 6 extended from a surface toward an intermediate | middle layer. The gel formation layer 4 may be coat | covered with the adhesion prevention layer 5, and the adhesion prevention layer 5 may form the pore 6 extended from the surface and leading to the pore of the gel formation layer 4. The drug-containing portion 2 may contain a cationic or basic drug, and the gel-forming layer 4 may contain an anionic or acidic polymer. |
