The present invention provides an oxonaphthalene-based compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which inhibits the herpesvirus exonuclease activity represented by Formula 3 or 4, respectively, as an active ingredient. According to the present invention described above, there is an advantage that the herpes virus exonucleolytic activity can be inhibited and the diseases or diseases caused by the herpes virus such as gamma herpes virus can be effectively treated or prevented without drug toxicity or drug resistance. |
