The present invention provides a method of culturing a recombinant vector comprising a polynucleotide encoding a protein of the obese vaccine and a polynucleotide encoding a protein translational fusion partner (TFP) derived from a yeast, and culturing eukaryotic cells transformed with the recombinant vector. The present invention relates to a mass production method of an obese vaccine protein comprising recovering an obese vaccine protein. According to the present invention, since it can produce a large amount of human obesity vaccine protein from yeast harmless to humans, it can be widely used for the treatment of obesity in humans or pets. |
