abstract |
[PROBLEMS] The present invention has a main object to provide a polyamide and a polyamide composition having excellent stability of surface appearance and excellent impact resistance even when molded under severe molding conditions. [Solution] The polyamide of the present invention is (A) polyamide containing (a) a unit consisting of adipic acid and hexamethylenediamine, and (b) a unit consisting of isophthalic acid and hexamethylenediamine. The isophthalic acid component ratio (x) in all the carboxylic acid components in this is 0.05 <(x) <0.5, and the range of the blocking ratio (Y) is -0.3 <= (Y) <= 0.8. Moreover, the polyamide composition of this invention contains 30-95 mass% of said polyamides, and 5-70 mass% of (B) inorganic fillers. |
