titleOfInvention | Method for preparing forward osmosis composite membrane with improved flow rate and prepared forward osmosis composite membrane |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a forward osmosis composite membrane having an improved flow rate, and a forward osmosis composite membrane prepared therefrom. The method for preparing the forward osmosis composite membrane according to the present invention is a structure in which a polyamide layer is formed on a polymer support layer having a finger-like structure with a porosity of 30 to 80%. When the amide layer is formed, the polyfunctional aqueous amine solution is prepared by containing a mixture of meta-phenylenediamine and piperazine. Thus, the structure of the polyamide layer can be modified into a root muscle structure, thereby improving the flow rate of the forward osmosis composite membrane. Accordingly, the high flow forward osmosis composite membrane of the present invention uses ultrapure water as raw water and exhibits low diffusion of salts of 0.375 (μS / cm) / min · cm 2 or less per square centimeter under osmotic pressure of 100 atm. As a result, the solute of the induction solution does not diffuse in the reverse osmosis direction, and the flow rate is improved under the osmotic pressure condition at the same level, so that it is useful as a high concentration seawater freshwater membrane. |
