abstract The present invention relates to a water dispersion lip cosmetic composition containing starch, and more particularly, to a water dispersion lip cosmetic composition containing sodium polyacrylate starch which imparts a moisturizing effect to the lips. Furthermore, the present invention provides a moisturizing film by applying a composition of the present invention after applying a lipstick to make a thin hydrating film on the lips, thereby shading the lip color, fine wrinkles, dead skin, etc. to be immediately visible. It relates to a cosmetic composition for water dispersion lips which has an effect and has excellent sustainability of cosmetics upon application.
