abstract The present invention relates to a pepper powder sterilization drying apparatus, wherein hot pepper (熱風) and red pepper powder of a predetermined temperature required for drying are introduced into a drying drum which is rotated by a driving means and a power transmission means, while the red pepper powder is dried efficiently. It is to be discharged to the outlet, by installing a plurality of sterilization means, such as an ultraviolet lamp in the center of the longitudinal direction of the drying drum to sterilize the various breeding parasitic bacteria or remaining in the red pepper powder to obtain hygienically dried pepper powder.
