abstract |
The present invention relates to an antimicrobial coating composition comprising a zeolite and a binder that efficiently adsorbs one or more antimicrobial substances selected from silver nano, platinum nano, and titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) and a pad coated with an antimicrobial coating composition. The antimicrobial coating composition may include 10 to 15 parts by weight of a binder with respect to 100 parts by weight of a solvent in which a pigment and a solvent are mixed in a 1:30 weight ratio; 4 to 7 parts by weight of an antimicrobial substance including at least one selected from silver nanopowder, platinum nanopowder, copper powder and titanium dioxide powder; 2 to 3 parts by weight of the porous material, the pad is added to the cork powder and polyurethane in the same ratio in the blender in a blended mixture made into a 80 ℃ dryer and dried in a mold for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 120 ℃ It is molded by molding for 40 minutes and the antimicrobial coding composition is spray coated on the surface. |
