Animal cell expression vector containing CPS-X5SAR factor and method for producing recombinant protein using same |
abstract |
The present invention (a) 5'-Scaffold or Matrix Attachment Region (CAR) of Cytotoxic Serine Protease-B (CSP-B); (b) promoters operable in animal cells; And (c) an expression vector for animal cells comprising a polyadenylation sequence, and a method for producing a recombinant gene using the same. Vector of the present invention is a vector containing CSP-B 5 'SAR, has the effect of overcoming the phenomenon of inhibiting gene expression according to the position of the foreign gene introduced into the animal cell, and greatly improves the expression rate of the target protein. The vector of the present invention effectively expresses a recombinant protein (eg, EPO) or an antibody (eg, an anti-HER2 antibody) for use in animal cells. The vector of the present invention and a method for producing a recombinant protein using the same can be very useful for industrial mass production of pharmaceuticals. |
