abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a drug release stent coating and to a drug release stent coating prepared thereby. Method for producing a drug release stent coating according to the present invention comprises the steps of dissolving polyurethane in tetrahydrofuran; Dissolving Pluronic F-127 in tetrahydrofuran; Gemcitabine compound is dissolved in ethanol three steps; A four step of preparing a mixed solution by mixing the solutions obtained in steps 1 to 3; Step 5 of applying the mixed solution obtained in step 4 to a stent coated with a Teflon film; Drying the stent of step 5 for a predetermined time and then immersing it in a tetrahydrofuran solution in which polyurethane is dissolved; It characterized in that it comprises a seven step of drying and then lifting the stent immersed in the six step. According to the invention there is an effect that can maximize the anticancer performance by improving the release rate of the anticancer drug coated on the stent in a continuous and the best state. |
