titleOfInvention | Method for preparing ultrasonic sensitive liposomes with contrast effect |
abstract | The present invention relates to liposomes containing an ionic lipid and a lipid covalently bonded to the end of the lipid for ultrasonic sensitivity, and more particularly, by covalently binding the Gd-complex to the ultrasonic sensitive lipid for imaging. The liposomes produced by the present invention are related to liposomes containing covalently bound lipids and cationic lipids for ultrasonic sensitivity. The liposomes can control the release of the drug by ultrasound and at the same time, the Gd-complex can be contrasted. |
