abstract |
The present invention relates to a drug-releasing stent coated with a drug-loaded drug loading layer with hydrogel having excellent biocompatibility, and a method of manufacturing the same. The drug release stent according to the present invention includes a stent body, a drug loading layer coated on the surface of the stent body, and a drug loading layer on which the drug is loaded, and a hydrogel layer covering the surface of the drug loading layer so that the drug loading layer is not exposed. In the drug release stent according to the present invention, the hydrogel layer covers the surface of the drug loading layer on which the drug is loaded, thereby preventing contact with the human body of the drug loading layer and improving biocompatibility. |
