abstract | The present invention relates to an immuno-enhanced composition for fish comprising an IL-1β polypeptide derived from a gepicolac, a polynucleotide encoding the same, a recombinant expression vector comprising the polynucleotide, and an IL-1β polypeptide derived from a gepicolak. The IL-1β polypeptide derived from the zodiacolac of the present invention can effectively increase the activity of lysozyme acting on a nonspecific immune response, as well as increase the phagocytosis of aggregated antibodies and macrophages. Therefore, the composition of the present invention comprising the IL-1β polypeptide derived from the zodiacolac having the above effects as an active ingredient can increase the nonspecific immune response of the fish, thereby preventing the death of the fish from bacterial diseases, and therefore, as an immune enhancer of the fish Or as an adjuvant for use with a vaccine. |
