titleOfInvention | Barrier film for electronic device |
abstract | PURPOSE: A barrier film for electronic devices is provided to enhance inter-layer cohesiveness and to have high gas barrier. CONSTITUTION: A barrier film(100) for electronic devices comprises a resin film(101) and a layer-by-layer lamination portion. The layer-by-layer lamination portion includes first inorganic substance layers(110) and a second inorganic substance layers(120). The first and second inorganic substance layers can be charged with the opposite electric charges. The first inorganic substance layer comprises first inorganic substance which can be charged with the positive or negative. The second inorganic substance layer includes a layered inorganic compound which can be charged with the opposite charge from the first inorganic substance layer. The first inorganic substance includes one or more kinds elements selected from silicon, aluminum, titanium and zirconium. |
